"13 Days of Horror: Day 07"

Obviously (?) this is not a finished piece. Sometimes it takes longer to get the exact flow and feel down than inking or painting the darn thing. This is a scanned pencil drawing on bristol paper. Soon to be inked.

I wanted the head to seem as if it has just been completely "launched" off due to.....well, whatever. Maybe it's from the energy the being is taking in and exhuding....or the "horror" that we can't see.....or the blah blah that blah's the blah. Sometimes you just have to draw things and make them work. And they do. Check back for the inked version. You'll see.

Seventh in the "13 Days of Horror" series. I do one drawing every day from October 19 through the 31st. No real preplanned idea other than the genre of Horror and the Macabre.
