Lesson 3: DRAWING A ZOMBIE IN FLASH!!!!
This is part 1 of 2 videos I made for all you folks out there that are trying to draw freehand using vector art instead of bitmaps. I just did this quick viddy on using Macromedia Flash for inking purposes. It's just a quick overview of using the brush vs. pencil and various settings to get the ink style that I think a lot of people are trying to find. I don't think people know that you can do nice vector ink work with Macromedia Flash. In my opinion it's much easier to just dive in and start drawing using only a few settings than trying to learn Adobe Illustrator.
The total time is 7 minutes 4 seconds
Even though I'm working with Flash 8 it easily carries over to all the CS users. I use CS3 at work every day so I know the differences for this tutorial are minimal. And if Adobe is feeling generous I'd love the new CS3 Design Premium suite!
